What is UberWorm?

Welcome to UberWorm.com! We are a local bartering site unlike the conventional. We at UberWorm do Not charge any fees, No banner ads or pop ups, do NOT require an extensive sign up and is the easiest site to navigate and use. You can view items for trade or view items people are wanting. Not only do we offer items for trade, but services as well.

How does UberWorm work?
For example:
  1. A poster would either be looking for a “trade” or “wanting” an item or service. So a trade would look something like this, “Have a used Sony LCD 27” “Looking for a couch, snowboard, I’ll paint your house, DVD-Player, negotiable.”
  2. 2. A “want” would look like this: “I am looking for a Toshiba Satellite laptop.” "I have a 6’ Monster HDMI cable, Apple Nano Ipod 8gb, or am willing to wash your car."

What does the “Private” feature do?

If the “poster” chooses to keep his or her post “Private,” then any offers made by other users cannot be viewed by the general public and only the poster has access to view these offers.

What does the “Public” feature do?

If the “poster” chooses to keep his or her post “Public” (recommended) all offers made by the general public can be viewed on uberworm.

Why we recommend posters to choose the “Public” option:
  1. This is an advantage to the “poster” in that if “offerers” really want your item, it creates a bidding war among the “offerers” and you as the “poster” can choose from the best offers.
  2. All parties can view offers made on the trade and thus helps to promote best offers.
What does the "Negotiable" feature do?

If the “poster” chooses to keep his or her post “Negotiable,” it means they are open to all offers of trade and not just their original trade request(s).

What does the "Non-Negotiable" feature do?

If the “poster” chooses to keep his or her post “Non-Negotiable” it means they are ONLY willing to trade for items that they requested in their original post.

What is Browse Trades?

Items or services the poster(s) are willing to trade for to gain a wanted item, a service, or a monetary amount from a potential trader.

What is Browse Wanted?

Items or services the poster(s) are wanting in exchange for an item the poster is willing to trade for, a service, or offer a monetary amount.
